The Earth, moon and sun planet machine represent the rotation of the three heavenly bodies at the respective season by means of a curve (can be re-equipped with one engine).

When one turns the curves once in the sight of the clock, the earth turns once and thus represents the course of a day.

If the curve is twisted 365 times, the rotation of a year is represented.For the presentation of a month, the curves must be twisting 30 times.Every time the indicator passes the name shield of the respective month, The moon turns a circle around the Earth.

The planets: Earth, Sun, Moon. with names of the moons, a indicator and a curve.

The manual contains interesting facts about the Chinese moon year.

Astronomisch gut!

The model consists of the sun, earth and moon and works exactly as described: a curve rotation means a day, the globe turns once around itself. Also the moon rotation and the way of the earth around the sun work simplified realistic (all months take equal length). Through the Earth shrinking, seasons can be beautifully explained and when you replace the absorbable sun with a pocket lamp, you can also very wonderfully model moon phases, solar eclipses and day times in changing seasons. Technically the model is a truly successful fineise, as you are used to it by JK Brickworks. Please note, this is not a beginner model, the 8 years in recommendations should only have the technical experience for children.
The monthly names have been solved by plugins, now the Now script error has been corrected in a Nov.
Building technically it is then a huge fun, not only in the drive but also in the interesting construction of the earth and the sun according to SNOT Art. On a relaxed evening next to a entertainment we took two (there are two guidelines xman can thus build parallel) about two and a half to three hours.

Spannende Konstruktion

The many different tooth wheels (soviel I had never in a set) ultimately provide for the very good representation of the solar system. Parts quality as always at CaDa very good.
