    Reviews can be issued by both buyers and other registered customers. “Confirmed purchase” is used only if order, order position, product and customer order technically match and the order has reached a permissible status.

    If no corresponding Klemmshop purchase is demonstrated, the product experience may still be evaluated. Such reviews issued through the plugin will clearly be: “Unverified purchase” The label only indicates whether the purchase could be proven in the Klemmshop; it is not a statement about whether the product experience described is true or false.

    The award of 1 to 5 stars is possible without writing a review text. Text and product images are voluntary. An anonymous publication is possible. Verified reviews remain internally linked with the order position; non-verified reviews remain internally attached to the customer account, in particular to prevent multiple reviews and abuse.

    Positive and negative reviews are treated according to the same rules. Customer images are standardly moderated before publication. Upload must be confirmed that the required rights exist and the photographed persons agree with the publication in Klemmshop. For additional use of a customer image on the official social media channels and in e-mail newsletters from Klemmshop, a private, voluntary release is requested. A picture can also be published without this additional release along with the product review in the store. Bonus points for Customer pictures are exclusively linked to the additional image release – never to star numbers, evaluation text or a positive rating. Unacceptable content, personal data of third parties or violating images may be disguised or deleted.

    If a review text is modified by editorial for legal or data protection reasons, this will be made noticeable in the published text. The missed number of stars will not be modified in editorial by the shop operator in this plugin.
